I will recommend people to buy chairs from a physical store and you can surely visit Arbour if you live near BTM. The staff behaviour is really good (details below). Plus, they offer free delivery within 5 kms. I had a good experience buying a chair for work here. Shafeek showed all the options patiently and also was frank in sharing his recommendations to help us select the best option for longer hours. I have been using it for one month now. He explained the warranty and terms and conditions clearly (have seen reviews from customers on Amazon regarding such confusion when buying from those platforms). I will update my experience after a year or so if there is anything worth mentioning.
